Lower Trail Creek Ranch

660± Acres

The Lower Trail Creek Ranch is 660 acres of beautiful high country land with Trail Creek meandering through the property for over 6,700 feet. The property has excellent big game habitat for Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule Deer, and Black Bear. There is access to the Bureau of Land Management Land, Radium State Wildlife Area, and the Colorado River in Radium. The property consists of Pinion Pine, Juniper, Sage, and sub-irrigated meadows that together create a wildlife sanctuary with plenty of cover, forage, and watering opportunities throughout the ranch. The property has dramatic elevation changes from 7,200 feet on the very lowest area of the ranch to over 8,600 feet on the uppermost plateaus of the ranch.

The ranch is accessible by County Road 111 which bisects the property and begins at the Colorado River in Radium. The property is also accessible from Copper Spur Road near McCoy, Colorado.

This property has some excellent locations for a hunting camp or family cabin and represents one of the best price per acre hunting ranches on the market today.
